Good morning. This is Matthew with Curo365 here with a quick tip video for a couple of new buttons that we've just added, which is missing rates and refresh matter totals. Now, if you've been in the system for a while, you've probably seen that, uh, that these have been in here before and you're saying, Well, this isn't new at all except that they, uh, are new here in this, in this way. And I'll show you what that means in a minute. And they have new functionality behind them to keep things from, um, hopefully getting lost in the shuffle. If you've used ad missing rates before as an example, and you've attempted to add it across all of the matters, sometimes you've seen that maybe it doesn't catch all the matters, uh, in, in this process, this way, it should catch all of your matters. So the way that this works now is if, so right now, we're in matters. Um, and if we click ad missing rates without selecting anything, it's going to pop up and automatically assume we want to do all because we haven't selected any. So if I click ad missing rates here, which I'm not gonna do, but if I click add missing rates, it's going to open up, um, this process in a flow apart from the screen. You won't see it processing, but it will be running for every matter. If I click cancel, select a few, we will click add missing rates again. And, uh, again, now that we've selected some, it doesn't say it's only going to, it's gonna do it for all. It's only going to do it for these matters here. So again, this will kick off a, a separate flow that'll be running in the background. If you feel as though this hasn't been working for you, that, that, that you told it to update for all and it didn't happen, you can actually get with us in the chat and we'll be able to check that flow on our side and see if there was any problems or not. The same goes for refresh matter totals. So let's say that you've made some invoicing changes or you've added some, uh, account balances, uh, uh, some account payments and you don't feel like the balances have have updated properly. You can refresh all matter totals and if you click it once again, it'll do it for all of them if you haven't selected anything. Or you can select a few and do it for, uh, some of them. And that might be writing in here. However, if you select a couple, you'll notice that the refresh, uh, matter totals does not pop up up here. Um, nor is it hiding in this, uh, option here. And that's because refresh matter totals is kind of an all or nothing thing. So we wanna make sure that it's refreshing for all of them when we have an issue. So, uh, ad missing rates can be done for all of them by clicking it. Refresh matter totals can be done for all of 'em by clicking it, but if you select a few, you can only do um, ad missing rates for those ones. Very straightforward.
