Good morning. This is Matthew with Curo365 here with a quick tip video on a new feature that we've added to quickly create some billing contact information for when your billing contact is different than your client. So when you click on your client here and you come down to the client information as far as the status is concerned, you see that he is active. And that's because this is an active client. However, when your client is different than your billing contact, a lot of times this is not an active client as well. So if we click on this guy, we come down, new client has a client status of none. Now, previously you'd have to set him to active and fill out some other mandatory information in order to, uh, get the system to allow you to send the bill to this person because it, it had to create some backend, uh, information for a billing recipient. But you don't have to do that anymore. You don't have to have a contact set as active when they're technically not an active client. Instead, when you have an instance where the client and the billing contact are separate and this billing contact is not an actually active client, you can come up here to the ellipsis, find the flows and find this one that says, Create billing recipient client info. This will allow you to, I'm gonna go ahead and click run Now. This will allow you to run that flow here. It will create billing recipient information for new client, this billing contact new client without you having to do anything to the client record at all. And this way, whenever you go to send invoices, uh, you won't have invoices that just won't go out for no apparent reason. And then you have to track it down and figure out why. So this solves that little problem. This is a quick tip. If you have any questions, comments, contributions or concerns, you can head to the help site, help.curo365.com, check a guide there, click this little option down here to chat with me or email me at help@curo365.com. And I will take care of you as soon as I can. Have an awesome afternoon.
