Good morning. This is Matthew with Curo365here with a quick tip video for a new button that we have up here called recalculate due Date. Now this will only appear for accounting staff and for admins. So if you don't see this, you might need the right role. But what this does is this takes this date, this due date, and it's going to recalculate it, uh, based on today using your business center's rules for when a, an invoice is considered late or due. So in our business center we have in the invoices tab net 15 and that means that 15 days after we create this invoice is when the invoice is due and everything after that is when we'll start counting it as late. Um, you'll see that this one has been late for a really long time, but there might be a reason for that. You might need to give your client an extension on something or maybe something you know went out late. And we're going to go ahead and recalculate this right now at this time based on these rules of net 15. When we click recalculate due date, it's gonna run in the background and it's going to update this invoice. Now the cool thing about this is that if we had already had an invoice generated, it would've then re-generated that invoice as well, the invoice PDF or any other documents related to this invoice with the new due date as well. So we see that the new due date, uh, 15 days from today is 10 19 20 22. And uh, and again, if there had been any invoices already here, any uh, PDF invoices already on this, it would've regenerated them to show the new date. That's it. Very simple little button. If you have any questions, comments, contributions or concerns, head to the help site, help.curo365.com.
