There are a couple of ways of logging into Curo365, and we'll outline them both here.

Accessing your Unique URL

To begin, you’ll need to navigate to your unique Curo365 URL, and that will be the name of your firm plus .crm.dynamics.com, as shown in the picture below. An example would be the address for all the examples we use, examplecuro365.crm.dynamics.com.

Another way of thinking about it is simply yourfirmname.crm.dynamics.com. Regardless, once entered, press Enter on your keyboard.

Next, enter your Username which should be your Company Email address. If that is not the correct Username, get with one of your Firm’s Admins to find out what you should be using.

Next, put in your Password. Again, if you’re unclear on what your Password is, get with a Firm Admin.

If this is a Work PC or a Home PC that doesn’t leave the house, you may want to enable the feature that allows you to stay Signed In, but if this is a compute that you take around that may be lost or stolen, consider leaving this feature off, as it is much more Secure.

Finally, choose the App View that you’d like to see. An Admin View (if available to you), means that you can access many parts of Curo365 that a non-Admin can’t see. You may have more or less options here, but choose the one that you want to use.

Once you’ve selected what you want, you’re in Curo365! This is your Landing Page and will usually default to your Daily Work Entity. For a breakdown of this Landing Page and a General Overview of Curo365, click here.

Welcome to Curo365!

Logging in from Microsoft365 Home

In an Incognito Browser Window, navigate to portal.office.com and press Enter.

You’ll be asked to Sign In here as well, so put in your info the same as in the previous example.

Here, you’ll be presented with quite a few options as part of the Microsoft suite, so find and select Dynmaics365.

Finally, choose the App View that you’d like to see. An Admin View (if available to you), means that you can access many parts of Curo365 that a non-Admin can’t see. You may have more or less options here, but choose the one that you want to use.

And that’s it! Two different ways to bring you to the same, great place – your Curo365 Environment!
